Reacting to Children’s LGBTphobic Words

Often educators and other school personnel do not know how to respond when LGBTphobic insults are used between students. How can we systematically intervene and reaffirm the fundamental value that intolerance has no place at school? We propose questions, answers and comments that you can use as possible responses to LGBTphobia in the school setting.
