This LGBTQI2S+ Legacy Toolkit, produced by Egale Canada, provides information on how LGBTQI2S older adults in Ontario can plan for legal matters and end-of-life care, as well as guidance for asserting these wishes through legal documents in preparing for end of life.

Even though this toolkit was developed specifically for Ontario, it is also pertinent for the province of Quebec, as it points out every element to consider when planning end-of-life care.
