Portrait Series Embracing 2SLGBTQIA+ Communities from the Mi’gmaq Nations of Gesgapegiag and Listuguj

The project “overcoming divisions” was launched by LGBT+ Baie-des-Chaleurs with the aim to create a dialogue between the LGBTQ+ communities and the Two-Spirit communities located in the Baie-des-Chaleurs, unceded Mi’gmaq territory. Funded by Justice Québec, the project includes a portrait series of Two-Spirit community members from Gesgapegiag and Listuguj, alongside testimonies consisting of personal quotes collected during the day of their photo session
