Special attention is paid to the most vulnerable groups such as young people, the elderly, trans individuals and Aboriginals, as well as people living in regions and communities where fewer resources are available.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">The plan establishes five priorities:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">openness to sexual diversity;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">respect for the rights of and support for sexual minority members;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">the creation of safe, inclusive environments;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">the adaptation of public services;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">the coherence and effectiveness of any actions taken.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Like its predecessor, the second action plan promotes respect for the rights of sexual minority members and helps raise public awareness about the realities they face.
