With this change comes a new visual identity using a variety of colours and symbolic imagery to represent the dynamism and diversity of our families.

A more inclusive website

Because diversity is central to the Coalition, our website has more documentation about different family configurations than ever before. Our site also focuses on some families that got less attention in the past: families living outside of large urban centres, BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Colour) families and families with trans and non-binary parents.

A website that’s easier to navigate

To create a world without homophobia, transphobia and heterocisnormativity, the Coalition has several different projects with different sectors of the population. For example, we train and sensitize professionals, we do advocacy work with politicians, and we organize conferences for LGBTQ2S+ parents and future parents. The site is organized so that you can quickly find your preferred content using the menu bar at the top of the page, which leads you to all the resources you’ll need.

Easy-to-identify content

In all our communications, you’ll be able to find your way with the following colour code:

Orange for activities and events destined for LGBTQ2S+ parents, future parents and families;

Ochre for information concerning our families and political advocacy;

Green for tools, resources and training sessions for professionals, or anyone else interested in inclusive practices;

Mauve for information concerning the Coalition itself.

The best platform for online donations

Whether renewing your membership or donating, you’ll notice that we have a new platform to welcome your generosity: Simplyk.
